What happens after the reservation is made?
How do I change/cancel my reservation?
Sign back into your account, and click the “Reservations” tab. From there your upcoming reservations will display. In each of the boxes, to the far right, you will see an edit button. Click edit, and from there you can edit or cancel. NOTE: Once you hit edit that reservation spot opens back up to anyone and may not be available once you finish editing.
Special Note: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the reservation. If the cancellation is under that 24 hour mark you cannot edit that on the Tastable site, you will have to call the restaurant to cancel.
I forgot my username/password - what now?
Well no problem! Just click here and we will send you an email with a link to reset the username/password. Click the link, reset the username and/or password and get back to enjoying Tastable deals!
My reservation isn’t showing up under “My Reservations”
Don’t panic! Let’s go through why it may not be there. If you received an email confirmation, and the reservation is not showing up under reservations you should be okay. If you did not receive a confirmation and it is not showing up, something may have happened during your selection and it may not have registered. In both cases, we highly suggest calling the restaurant and having them check their records.
What If I have a special request after the reservation is made?
If you made an account then great! Log in to your account and edit your reservations, some places will let you add a special note in there. If there is no box for that, then we would suggest calling the restaurant to let them know specifically of the request.
Why am I not receiving emails from Tastable?
First things first, check your junk/spam folder. Sometimes inboxes like to block our Tastable game… If it was there, then nice try inboxes... but you can’t stop us!
Do you have multiple emails, maybe you signed up with one of those? If you have tried all these options and you are still not receiving emails, please email email@example.com, subject line EMAIL - and let our support team see what the issue is.
